A compact, sterile Emergency Trauma Dressing (Israeli Bandage) combining a non-adherent wound pad, integrated pressure applicator and elastic wrap to quickly control moderate to severe bleeding. Designed for rapid field use by medics, EMTs, military and industrial first-aid kits.
It is an Israeli battle dressing with non-adhesive dressing and pressure/closure bar applicator. It is designed to stop bleeding from hemorrhagic wounds caused by traumatic injuries in pre-hospital emergency situations.
This strong, lightweight non-adhesive pressure medical bandage features effective multi-layer technology that consists of 3 layers with primary and secondary dressings, a pressure applicator, and a foolproof closure apparatus to secure the bandage in place. It provides immediate direct pressure and further constricts blood-flow, and can be applied with only one hand for self-application if needed.

Q: Is the bandage sterile?
A: Yes — each bandage is supplied sterile in vacuum-sealed packaging. (State sterilization method and shelf life on datasheet.)
Q: What's the difference between the 6″ and 4″ versions?
A: 6″ elastic width is optimal for large wounds, torso or junctional areas; 4″ is better for limbs and smaller wounds. Both include the pressure applicator.
Q: Can this act as a tourniquet?
A: The integrated pressure applicator concentrates pressure and can function similarly to a wound-centered tourniquet for some injuries, but for complete arterial occlusion on a limb use a certified mechanical tourniquet when indicated.
